Steering Wheel Bluetooth Buttons Not Working

I have the 2011 Suzuki Kizashi Sport SLS, with the upgraded Rockford & Fosgate speaker system. Ever since I got the car, whenever I pulled the buttons, nothing ever happened and I’ve never gotten to use the Bluetooth system, does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

When you pull the top left button, there is no audible prompt for Bluetooth set up?

Nope, I don’t hear or see anything. The backlight on the buttons is the only thing that’s on.
