Transmission for S, is it the same for SE

I have a somewhat, newer I guess transmission in my Kizashi S, that I may have just blown the engine on. Would that still work in say a Kizashi SE?

All years and trim levels for the Kizashi interchange on the automatic transmission. There is awd and the fwd version that is the only variable.
I recommend the rom stay with the car to avoid reprogramming issues.

This is what I’m referring to as the ROM. I think the repair manuals and ScanTools refer to it as the EEPROM. It’s bolted to the side of the valve body with just two bolts. The 12 and 13 model years are somewhat difficult to reprogram sometimes. If you just keep the rom with the car there’s no need for any reprogramming.
