The Do It Yourself section is used provide assistance with mods and fixes. Whenever you are making a change to your car please take pictures and notes. Let others know what to watch out for and any useful tricks you learn. If you are starting a post in this section from scratch please hold it to a higher standard than you would for other forum posts. i.e. technical detail and even grammar.
Please post about issues or problems in the Technical Support & Problem Troubleshooting forum.

Well yesterday my ordered blackwood trim arrived. Wow that stuff I purchased looks like a million dollars.I will install it the first warm day I have here in Florida and will post pic's of the install.

Wow, that's a lot of pieces! Looks pretty nice. Do you have a closeup so we can see the texture?

The pic came out twice so it's either the top one or the bottom one. I think I purchased the 24 pc set. To see it in more detail go to www.Carid.com then search for blackwood trim and they have a beautiful pic of it but I will try to post it later,I'm at work at this moment.

Oh the name for this wood trim is "Ebony Zebra" which is a blackwood.

No beige interior with black accents and black oem floor matts.When I'm done Saturday I will post pic's but my pics don't give it any justice. In person it is really nice wood, some of the best I've ever seen.

I'm assuming those simply adhere on top of the existing trim? Looking forward to seeing installed photos
