xm radio tunner

I am looking for the factory xm tunner kit for my kizashi. I hope to find one without spending the ridiculous $589. the dealer wants. any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

Just get the standard kenwood box from a regular car stereo shop

No, but the guys at the stereo shop near my house said it would, and from my experience with car audio, I can not see any reason why not, however, I have the navigation model, which is just a rebadged Kenwood unit, you might check with Suzuki and see if the XM tuner for both the regular and navigation models is the same part number.
