I found a solution regards to TPMS sensor valve. I found out that the metal area is damage and can't be fixed, so I found a Kizashi replacement tire stem rebuild kit on ebay for $8. Everywhere I went they're selling me something different or they don't have it, but they want to sell the whole entire device.

The metal part can be replace.

Haven't needed any yet, but good to know there is a replacement for just the stem.
