It's illegal a lot of places, but you still see it from time to time. If I ever seen one of those it might make this thread too.
The Cadillac was inexcusable. Given that we live in North Dakota. I cannot think of possible time where down-force on the rear end would really help you. There are zero tracks up here, and you probably can't get going fast enough in autocross for it to help much. And... I think it was mounted to a trunk without any bracing. I would pay money to see that thing get up to 120 and see if stays on there.
