Thinking I might pick one up just to clear the engine codes on my girl friends car. (At least I can use that for the excuse)
She drives a sable which has a faulty sensor on the gas cap that causes the check engine light to come on, but it would be nice to know if that is the only error code the car has.

I've thought about getting one of these (or similar) when I go out used car shopping. Definitely want to hid it if stopped by police. "Yes, I do know how fast I was going got the history right here!"
