Yeah baby!
(Last tank 25.5MPG; yee-haw!)
Kizashi gaz Mileage(only AWD please) with a Full gaz tank
Averaged 31 mpg doing ~70 mph on the interstate with some bumper to bumper delays and the AC running.
I drove about 1400 miles on this trip. Minimal city driving but lots of curves and hills. I had the AC on and AWD off all the time. Average fuel efficiency for the entire trip was 29 mpg on 87 octane. Average cost was $3.12/gal
I'm content with the Kizashi's fuel efficiency. Now back to the terrible city mileage
PS: Figures are all manually calculated using the trip meter and gallons filled.

This morning's fill yielded 30.12mpg on the usual 87octane. Mix of my normal daily commute, this week and last, with a trip to Baltimore thrown in over the weekend. I'm perfectly fine with that number. The average speed reported by the HUD during the B-more trip was 45 and was reset before leaving...not. That would be a reasonable number for my daily commute and not the 35mph it always settles in on. Probably should have read at least 55-60 during the entire trip, higher on I95 (which it did after a long while). The data for that parameter overall is utterly useless.
MPG also calculated manually using trip meter and gallons filled.

I think you can expect:
1) The gas gauge will stay on or above the F for about 100 mi when the tank is stuffed.
2) The Speedometer will read about 2 MPH fast at 60.
3) The reported MPG will be about 1-2 MPG too high vs Odometer & calculator. (...but I actually have not had a chance to see how accurate the odometer itself is yet, so??? anyone?)

What do you guys thing about those numbers? I put it in MPG. It goes by date, miles done, MPG, price and percentage of city driving (which is usually between 75% and 95%). I believe it is not normal, but the dealership did the test last year and said everything was fine ...it was showing something like 28 mpg after the test drive... I got 29 MPG once and 26 MPG once, but I usually get around 17-19 mpg.

Also, the data shows you do a lot of city driving. Where do you live? Keep in mind that city driving will drive the MPG down to the low 20's and even high teens. If you sit around in traffic a lot, you can expect to get even lower because you are getting single digit MPGs while idling around in stop-and-go traffic. You also got worse MPGs in the winter months. Perhaps the result of winter blend gasoline and winter driving conditions like snow?
I don't own an AWD Kizashi, but I think the numbers aren't too far off from real-world MPG expectations for city driving for the AWD Kizashi. It's unfortunate but our cars aren't that fuel efficient, especially in the city. The Kizashi's engine is last-generation technology from the mid 2000's and can't match the efficiency of today's engines found in newer rivals.
