Is there anyone know that can my 2012 sport use 245/45/R18? I am now using 235/45/R18.

That size is only 1.35% bigger so the speedometer will be slightly off. I don't think you'll have any issues

Call the TireRack.com and ask.

Plus or minus 2% in overall diameter change is okay.

I plan on doing the same when my oe's run down. The car should sit about less than .25 inch higher with the 245's.

Running 245/40's will lower your car about .25 inch.

Thanks for everyone. I am now intake 38lbs/ft for my 235/45r18 (factory suggest), then how much should it be if I use 245/45/r18?

I'm interested in this same change, a little more meat on the tires, a little more ground clearance, and the mileage computer a bit closer to accurate numbers. It's a subtle change, I doubt very much if it will cause a problem.

Please let us no if this works out okay for you.

It should be fine- I think I read on here somewhere someone was running that size? (There's plenty of clearance with the 235 width.)

Thank you bootymac. Recently, I bought a set of used 245/45r18 winter tires with rims, the outlook of the rims are not so good, so, I am going to paint the rims. I will try to post the procedures in DIY section.

I mounted the winter tires yesterday. After that, about 30km driving, I could not feel obvious different to the original tires.
