Plasti dipped my wheels

The Do It Yourself section is used provide assistance with mods and fixes. Whenever you are making a change to your car please take pictures and notes. Let others know what to watch out for and any useful tricks you learn. If you are starting a post in this section from scratch please hold it to a higher standard than you would for other forum posts. i.e. technical detail and even grammar.

Keep in mind that "passenger door" is different depending on where you are.

For Left Hand Drive vehicles (drive on right side of the road), the LH door would have the button and the keyhole as you see pictured above. The keyhole is only found on the driver's door so which door that's on depends which side of the road you drive on.

Used my black plasti dip as a base coat and decided to try out the copper metalizer. Used 4 coats 3 cans. Tell me what u think!

:) I like the colour...... must do the chrome side strip in the same colour..... :)

I wish Plastidip was cheaper here - AUS$30 a can is simply ridiculous!?

Looks great! What are the specs of those wheels? Fitment looks good

Plastic dip here in the US is $6.99 for black and $8.99 for the metalizer. And the wheels are 18x8.5 front with 235/40/18 and back is 18x10 with 235/45/18 with a slight stretch.
