Did nothing yesterday. Drove the other car to work because it was already de-iced from the day before and was running late for work.

I opted for some Bosch wipers. Not sure the exact model, just threw out the box recently too. smhbootymac wrote:Wiper blades started smearing a bit so I gave the windows a good cleansing with a claybar and Invisible Glass. Hopefully that reduces the smearing
Has anyone replaced their wiper blades yet? Which brand/model have you had good luck with?
Were they beam style blades? I've never had good luck with those. I noticed that the OEM blades on the Kizashi look very similar to the Michelin Stealth hybrid blades, which work great with my other cars.DesRado wrote:I opted for some Bosch wipers. Bosch Evolutions, that's what they are. They work really well (as they should since they're new). I have used them on my other car and have never had issues with them. They stick to the window since they are curved, which helps to fully remove water from view. There had also been a sale on them so I saved a couple bucks by buying both wipers.

I got the Bosch Icon (top-of-line). Nice tight fit, great feel, no problems over a few months. Great wiping, the kind that you don't notice.

My first replacement were OE refills. They were way more cost effective than buying the whole blade assembly, OE or aftermarket. Those lasted less than a year. So much for OE quality.
Put on a set of Bosch blades, don't remember what model, but so far so good.
I wish wiper refills were available.

Wiper blades are still smearing so it's time for replacements. Not bad considering the stock blades lasted over two years.bootymac wrote:Wiper blades started smearing a bit so I gave the windows a good cleansing with a claybar and Invisible Glass. Hopefully that reduces the smearing

I'm gonna go with the Michelin Stealth blades from Costco. They're cheap and effective and I have Costco's liberal return policy if they don't work out
