In the UK it's called the Vauxhall Insignia. It isn't considered a bad car, it's just horribly boringKuroNekko wrote:Yeah, I saw one at lunch today. It's the turbocharged Regal GS.LPSISRL wrote: The Regal trim package that has the exhaust ports makes it look even more like a Kizashi.
Yup. Buick got the car from GM's Opel division which is tied to Vauxhall.paininthenuts wrote:

That is probably my top of the list. The overtaking ability is something special. I also find the seats very comfortable, and it is a great motorway cruising car. I have the sport and it is very well equipped, but it still foxes me why they didn't include a sat navFritz2 wrote:Standing start acceleration is ok, but passing power is really great, seems like more than 185 hp!

What about this one, with it's cherished number plateRokko wrote:Another thing I love about the Kizashi. Is just how awesomely photogenic the car is. Every picture I've seen on here and ones I've taken. The car just has a model perfect style. And it's just awesome to look back at those pictures and think. That's my car.

Aside from the driving dynamics, there are two favorite things I love about this car.
1) It's so quiet! My two previous vehicles were a mid-engined MR2 with a 2.5" Magnaflow, and an '86 Trooper with paper thin side panels. So the fact that I can have a conversation at 80 mph without having to shout is incredible to me. The driver's seat is my quiet place.
2) Curb appeal. I cross shopped some other midsizers, and they are all lumpy and boring. I get compliments, people stopping to ask me what it is ("It's not a Lexus."), and I look twice when I'm walking away from it. Not bad for a sedan.

It was available as an option, but at the expense of the excellent R/F head unit. A lot of us specifically don't want it, the phone works just as well, and doesn't need to be updated.paininthenuts wrote:but it still foxes me why they didn't include a sat nav
