I'm trying to use a low profile Hydraulic Jack to lift my car up from the front or rear end in order to work on my brakes. I'd like to work on one axle at a time: First the front (left and right side brakes), then the rear (left and right side brakes).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where in the center I can safely jack the car up from?

There's are points in the center of the front & rear for floor jacking. They're shown in the service manual. Search factory service manual and you should find a link to it somewhere. If you can't find it, PM me and I'll email you a copy of that page. I personally wouldn't lift from that front point. Too much weight concentrated on a single spot w/o sufficient structure IMHO. The rear is far lighter and not as big a concern for me. What's the problem with lifting from the side jacking points and working on one corner at a time?

I am painting my calipers as well as changing my brake pads and rotors. The paint company (G2) recommends that I do all 4 at once. At the very least, I had planned to do two at a time and split up the paint (it has a hardening mixture).
I have 2 jack stands for support as well.

Don't care for that front cross member as a jacking point. As soon as I started to get weight on it, it started deflecting so I cancelled the operation.

The front center worked fine for me. I used jack stands on the sides. I installed the front brakes and rotors.
I will do the rear tomorrow. Hopefully it will work on the center point since I have a low profile jack. If not I can lift it up on one side, put the Jack stand on and then left the other side and do the same.
I'm leaving the painting for last, so I may just do one tire at a time since I don't need them exposed at once just yet for painting.
